María Noguera is a founding partner of Noguera Sebastián. Her professional practice focuses on company law and advising on business sales, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financing, and corporate and debt restructuring.

Before founding the firm, she built her career at Uría Menéndez, where she was involved in some of the most significant debt refinancing and restructuring transactions carried out in Spain in recent years.

She advises companies, partners, founders and investors on transactions involving the acquisition and transfer of companies, the admission of new partners and the negotiation of shareholders’ agreements, as well as on transactions relating to financing, refinancing and debt restructuring.

In the property sector, she advises on the acquisition and disposal of assets and portfolios, on corporate transactions involving property holding companies and SOCIMIs, and on the structuring of investment vehicles.
